Hello, my name is Nicholas Valbusa. I've been an Italian professional Web developer since 1998 and I work in Verona, Italy.
I'm a Computer Engineer as I got a High School Diploma in Computer Sciences.
SquallStar has been my internet nickname and my website URL since 2004. Here I put all that I do. The available languages are currently English and Japanese. OMG, why Japanese? 'Cause I like it. :)
My first computer was a 386 with Windows 3.11 when I started discovering the infinite world of computers. While I was in junior high school, I started to build simply HTML websites hosted on Tripod and Geocities (the firsts free web hosting companies) and I also started programming on Visual Basic 6 at the age of 14.
While I was at secondary school, I discovered so many languages such as Pascal, Java, XML and SQL and my computer knowledge widened. Over the years, I learnt many languages, among which are XHTML, PHP, JavaScript, VB.NET.
I am currently a web designer. I really get a kick out of developing good W3C standard websites and using server side technologies such as PHP. In past few years, I also created some desktop applications based on VB.NET and some widgets for Apple OS X.
Uh, I've got a good knowledge of Windows too, but I always work on a Mac, which I love, because it's safer and better for the job I do.
Chances are that you need a developer/programmer and a designer for your website.
Don't search any further: I'm both of them. :)
